We are looking for a Head of Sales for one of our partners - an IT company, working in Blockchain, Fintech areas all over the world.
The Head of Sales must have had at least 4 years of working experience in a sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager.
The candidate must also have a proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence.
A suitable candidate will also have experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.

● mysql і з базами даних у принципі - проектування, нормалізація, оптимізація запитів, т.д. Ми пишемо на кастомному кривуватому ORM, якихось супер-складних запитів не буде, але тим не менше.
● git - бажано на хорошому рівні;
● плюсом буде знання фронтенду (базовий css, js);
● плюсом буде знання sphinx search (але якщо ні – не проблема, потрібні знання напрацьовуються протягом тижня);
